**by purchasing an animal from us you agree to all of the below terms** **all buyers must be over the age of 18 with adequate knowledge of the care and housing requirements for the animal being purchased** PAYMENTS: A 25% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit secures any animal. The remaining balance is to be paid in full prior to collection/courier of the animal(s). All payments received are non-refundable, unless there is a problem on our behalf. Payment plans are available for animals over £200 and can be spread over a 30-90 day period from the date of the initial deposit depending on the animal value. Longer payment plans may be discussed, should this be required for animals of higher values. Failure to keep up with the payment plan, and maintain communication throughout, may result in cancellation of the sale and loss of deposit/settled payments. All deposits must be paid immediately via bank transfer. Unfortunately, animals will not be held without a deposit. COURIER DELIVERY/COLLECTION: We are able to arrange specialist reptile courier for the buyer at their expense - we use BCS Courier. There is a standard rate for delivery within Mainland UK £75 which is stated on our listings where applicable (delivery to limited areas of Scotland £100 and Central London £95). The courier delivery charge is often able to cater for multiple purchases (usually up to 4 or 5 small animals). Animals are couriered at the buyers risk. Buyers may also collect an animal in person. All animals over £1000 include free delivery within Mainland UK, Central London and Scotland. A responsible adult must be home to accept delivery of the animal(s). HEALTH GUARANTEE: Snakes will be over 100g (geckos over 5g) and feeding consistently before leaving us. Any concerns regarding an animals health, gender or genetics must be raised via email within 24-48 hours of collection/delivery.
