bask is now on Google Play. Search for "bask" or follow the Get it on Google Play badge on the site, install it, and sign in with the account you already have.
What the app is
The app is bask itself: the same listings, morph pages, stores and care guides you get in a browser, opened full screen from an icon on your phone. There is nothing to relearn and nothing to set up twice. Anything you do in the app shows on the website, and the other way round.
What comes with you
Sign in and everything is where you left it: saved listings, followed stores, your chats, and your questions and answers. If you sell, your store, your listings and your stock tools are all there too, so you can add an animal, change a price or answer an enquiry from the rack room.
Browse without an account
You don't need to sign in to look. Browse by species, filter by morph, open a gene's page and compare animals side by side, the same as on the site. An account is only for saving, following and messaging.
Memberships stay on the website
Google Play's billing rules don't allow a subscription to be paid for outside Google, so memberships are set up and managed on the bask website rather than in the app. A membership you already have works in the app as normal.
iPhone and desktop
There is no App Store version yet. On an iPhone, open bask in Safari and use Share, then Add to Home Screen, for the same full-screen icon. On a computer, Chrome and Edge offer an Install button in the menu.

This is the first release. If something looks off or doesn't work on your phone, tap the Feedback tab on any page and say which phone you have. A review on Google Play helps other keepers find bask, and it costs nothing.
