Store policy

Payment & Collection Policy • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any sale. The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the date of collection. • Where delivery is arranged via a dedicated reptile courier, full payment must be received prior to booking the courier if arranged by the seller, or prior to collection if arranged by the buyer. • Animals will not be released without cleared payment in full. Health & Live Arrival Guarantee • All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed (unless sold as unsexed) at the time of sale. • A live arrival guarantee applies only when delivery is made through an approved reptile courier and the buyer is present to receive the animal at the agreed time. • Once the animal has been collected or delivered safely, responsibility for its ongoing health and welfare passes to the buyer. No guarantee can be offered against issues arising from improper husbandry, care, or conditions outside of our control. Refunds & Cancellations • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they reserve the animal and remove it from sale. • If the buyer cancels after paying the balance, a refund may be considered at the seller’s discretion, minus the deposit, provided the animal can be resold. • In the event of courier delays, cancellations, or failure to deliver outside the seller’s control, no refunds can be issued for courier costs. • If an animal becomes unavailable due to illness, death, or an unforeseen circumstance before collection/delivery, the buyer will be offered either a full refund of all monies paid or the option to transfer the payment to another available animal.
