Payment via Paypal or bank transfer. Animals are sold as the morph and sex to the best of our knowledge but may not be guaranteed. Smaller or younger animals, particularly geckos, will be marked as unsexed regardless, but may have "pores seen" or "No pores visible", but this is not a guarantee. Animals sold as "suspected" are not guaranteed. - All geckos will be feeding on a variety of mixes, Pangea, Repashy and Reptile Supplies, as well as being started on bugs before they leave. - Snakes will be either drop or strike feeding. - Animals will come with a certificate that includes the hatch date, and their lineage - to the best of our knowledge and as far back as we could trace. We will ask questions about the care and habitat our animals will be going to, please do not be offended if we ask to see your enclosure. This is for the sake of our animals, and potential owners. Animals above £150 can be paid via a payment plan with a 20% non-refundable deposit and will remain in our care until paid off. Payment plans run for 8 weeks from the deposit date, but longer terms can be discussed. The animal must be paid completely at least 48 hours before courier pick up. Failure to pay and respond to messages will result in the loss of your deposit. - Tail dropping in the case of geckos is unfortunately common and does not affect the animal, it can happen without reason or warning and does not warrant a refund, either partial or full. We offer a 72-hour health guarantee.
